Silicone Mixing and Pouring
Ratio Control: Strictly weigh base胶, crosslinking agent, and catalyst according to the manufacturer's instructions. Inadequate mixing may result in localized non-curing or hardness variations.

Deaeration Treatment: For large molds, vacuum deaeration is recommended (vacuum degree: -0.08MPa, deaeration time: 5-10 minutes) to avoid bubbles affecting mold surface smoothness. If not feasible, apply multiple thin layers of pouring to minimize bubble retention.

Layered Pouring: For molds with a height >30cm, pour in 2-3 layers (each interval 4-6 hours, allowing preliminary curing of the previous layer) to prevent excessive exothermic heat from one-time pouring, which could affect silicone performance.

Curing and Demolding
Curing Environment: Cure at room temperature 25°C, humidity ≤60%. Low temperatures prolong curing time (e.g., 72 hours or more at 10°C).
Demolding Techniques: After complete curing, cut along the parting line (if poured as a whole) or slowly peel from the prototype edge. For complex structures, apply a small amount of release agent (e.g., Vaseline) to assist demolding.
